Questions about money
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You pick a plan or you don’t. Your data is never deleted either way, and everything exports to CSV anytime.
Do you count order lines?
Never. Orders, order lines, materials, products, team members: none of it is metered, on either tier. Your busiest month costs the same as your quietest.
Can I switch or cancel anytime?
Yes. Switch between monthly and annual, or cancel, whenever you like. Your data stays exportable after you leave.
How does the free white-glove migration work?
Send us your spreadsheet or Craftybase CSV exports and we load them for you: materials, recipes, orders. You check the numbers when we’re done. Free on every plan.
When do Business and Amazon launch?
Amazon (SP-API) sync is coming soon, and Business ships when it does. Until then, start on Studio: everything else is already included.
When does two-factor authentication ship?
Two-factor authentication is coming soon on every plan; it is not available today, and we will not list it as included until it is.
